Hi there,
I need to build a custom registration form for a client of mine so that viewers of a live stream can enter their information for education credits into a simple form and as soon as they have filled it out they hit enter and it takes them to the live video page. Their registration info will go directly to an email address of my client so they can allocate the education credits.
This is for a conference that is run by a national association and they need to see exactly who has watched their live webcast.
Thanks!

Thanks for reaching us.
Forms can send its data in a notification email to form owner for informing. After that, forms can redirect viewers to any external page.
Please look at JotForm's these features.
