I'm trying to sign up for first time, but it says my unique email is not available

    I'm just trying to sign up for a FREE jotform account, to try it and it says my email:

    nnmtaprograms@gmail.com   is not available. How can that be?  I'm the only one with that email.

    I checked our backend and it seems that this email address is linked to a registered Free account and was created 3 years back. There are also a couple for forms created in the account along with the submission data.

    Please use an alternate email address to register with JotForm if this is not your account.
