I believe an old employee has tampered with my account and all emails sent to old account with user name littlepicasso is going to someone else's email. , including registration forms that are being done on line from my registration page on my website www.littlepicassonyc.com. I have tried to get into my old account with jot form but every time I try to reset my password I am not receiving the reset password instructions to my email box. I want to edit the registration forms and unless I can get into my old account I will be unable to do so.

The account littlepicasso associated with the email address email@example.com which I can see is associated to your website. So, I went ahead and transfered the said form to your new account LittlePicassoNYC.

Thank You. I was able to get into the edit forms onmy new account and after editing I clicked on submit form button, but when I went to the website and clicked on the registration form page, I noticed that the changes were not saved. How do i save them?

I can view the updated form on your end. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? The problem might be on your browser's cache which displays the old version of the form, clearing it would sometimes help.
This is how it displays here.
Let us know if there's any difference on your end. Thanks!
