Goodmorning,
I have a submit button on my fillable PDF. When I send the PDF with this button I get an e-mail without attachment. How do I receive an attachment of the fillable PDF by e-mail?
See the attachment for my settings.

If you're referring to upload field and using it in the PDF form, I'm afraid that is not possible:

Good afternoon,
This is not what I mean.
When I click on the button 'submit (=verzenden) in de PDF form I receive an e-mail (see the attachment). In this e-mail I like to have a copy of the PDF form.
Is this possible?

On the email wizard simply turn on the PDF attachment and select the desired document:
