Jotforms is placing our IP address on the blocklist

    Jotforms is placing our IP address on the blocklist. Who can I talk to about resolving this issue? It usually gives an error when we hit submit. This only happens at our biggest school, and our network guy said the following.


    They have a mechanism in place that will block an IP address source if it send survey results over a certain threshold, reasoning that the survey is being subjected to some form of data overflow (similar to bulk spam in email server world), in an attempt to influence the results of the survey. In a typical survey setup, this wouldn’t be a problem, since the most common uses would be for a company to survey its external customers on various services, with the results coming from many different IP addresses. In our case, it backfires since all results are coming from internal sources.

    Your API address(96.4.183.103) is whitelisted. Please note that we limit the rate of submissions from the same IP address, the limit is 60 submissions per minute and per IP.
