When I attempt to view MY Forms - it automatically rolls over to the first shared Folder

    Hello, I tried to figure this out with the Live Chat rep, but he's getting different results than I am. Every time I attempt to work on My Forms, it takes about 5 seconds from my main Form screen and then it rolls over to the first Shared with Me folder. It doesn't matter of I click on one of my forms or not.

    I have cleared the cache in Firefox. Made sure the browser is updated and even rebooted my machine. (Running MacOS - the most updated version.)

    If you browse in private/incognito mode does it still open to the same folder?  The my forms page caches the last folder accessed and loads that folder when reloading the page.  When browsing in private/incognito, nothing cached should be loading.  I also tested from your account was also unable to reproduce the issue.  I was kicked to the main My Form folder each time.

    It works just fine (other than changing my base language to Mayar) when in Incognito mode...so it's a fine work around for a bit. I've cleared the browser cache in the regular mode, so I'm not sure why it would still be pushing me to the other folder.

    Apparently, switching back and forth between modes managed to fix whatever issues it was having. Now it says on the correct page! Thank you :)

    Very odd, it might have just cleared out something that wasn't be cleared by clearing cache.  Glad to hear it is now loading properly.
