Condition to NOT send an email

Is there a way to set up conditions so that an email does NOT send if a certain field is equal to a certain value?

Email conditions look like they just redirect

You can only set a condition to send an email based on users answer. If a condition is met the email will be sent and if the condition is not met the email will not be sent.
