    On my HIPAA form: https://hipaa.jotform.com/build/90453221821145.

I have hidden fields and non-hidden fields. Two issues.

    1. I'd like to send a PDF of the submitted survey with the hidden and non-hidden fields. The non-hidden fields are obviously the data we collected, while the hidden fields are text elements that are used for instructions and further documentation. The PDf will be used to update the participant on the further work performed on their behalf.

I tested the form and received an email without the PDF and with each field noting: Hidden to Protect Your Privacy.

How can I deliver the PDF to my client with all the data above?

All your form fields are protected and because of that, the entered data is not visible inside of the email you received. If you want to see the entered data inside of the Email alerts, you will have to set your form fields to Not Protected.

    Please check this guide:

How to use Notification and AutoResponder emails in HIPAA accounts?

It seems that you did not enable the PDF Attachment option inside of your Email Alerts. Inside of this guide, you can find how to do it.

How to include submissions as PDF attachment in the email notifications?

Please note that all Text field from your form will be visible inside of the PDF report. If you want to remove some Text field from the PDF report, you will have to edit your report and delete it inside of the PDF Editor.

How to Customize PDF Submissions Report

Your account is HIPAA Compliant, so I cannot log in to check your PDF Editor. I have cloned your form but on my cloned form PDF Editor is not working. Can you please check if the PDF Editor is working on your end?
