How to have the PDF document elements in one single column?

An admin tried to change your current format (2 column) manually by changing spaces etc. Now the template is not usable. Can somebody walk me through how to eliminate that and create the template that you used to provide that was single column?

I don't understand how this is called 24/7 support. There is no chat or way to communicate other than an email? I didn't get a response to the email - not even a blanket one saying you have received the inquiry and will get back to me shortly...should I expect to receive an email? or a response here?

You can manage how the fields display with the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/90-Form-Field-Positioning

If you're referring to the entire form layout (classic and card) this guide will help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/493-How-to-Change-the-Form-Layout

Now, note that we do provide support 24/7; however, the response time depends on the number of requests we are receiving during the day.

Besides that you may search for guides or threads related to your query on Google, for example, you may search "jotform field positioning" you will be prompted to the guide and threads where support was previously given, in case you do not find the answer you can wait until a response is provided on the thread you have opened.

Also, I have just reviewed your form and it seems like your fields are displaying in one column so it seems you were already able to resolve this, if you have questions, let us know.

With the most recent pdf from changes made to help it turned out to be a 12 page pdf.
There were headings in different locations than where they started out. ??? --
And each line is taking up much more space. And then towards end of form spacing got even larger for some reason.
Any way to communicate with someone by phone? Or to screen share?

---- Also the form to my clients looks the same when we send them the 'link' to fill it out. It's just what I see / get that would be so much easier for me, if I could get it back to the way it was with simple single lines.
    Does this make sense?
Thanks for your help with this.

We tried to make changes to the form - to return it to one column - but it got really messed up - probably hidden formatting. We simply wanted somebody to help us locate the old format you used to provide and allow us to put that in our account. Is that not possible? DO you NOT offer a live person or chat to help?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to provide phone support.

Chat is available during a time frame and only when the number of requests on our forum is not too high, all the support provided via our forum and email is from a real person.

You can actually edit the PDF report generated from your submission, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

Now, you may do the following with the new PDF editor:

    1. Go to your submissions page, click on the PDF button and the customize PDF option:

    2. Delete the current PDF document:

    3. Once the PDF document is deleted you can add a new one with all the fields in one column:

    4. If this does not work for you, you may switch back to the old layout while on the PDF editor:

Here is where you could really help!
We have the original form TAB: PDF FORM - we want to use.
TAB: New Document is a messed up version AND contains ACTUAL client info - we don’t want to use.
TAB: Thread173424…seems to be a template that our admin might have been using to create the new form? It ALSO has client info in it. WHY?
    From here, how do we:
    - connect the PDF FORM to our client info?
    - Make all reporting and templates match that form?
    - Remove the new form that is not working?

The document under the tabs "New document" and "Thread173424" contain the submissions data because they are a PDF report of the submissions, they are different than the "PDF Form" which is a filalble version of the web form.

    - connect the PDF FORM to our client info?

Since the document under the "PDF Form" tab is a fillable PDF document it will never contain information prefilled, the purpose of a PDF fillable form is to be shared with the submitter so they can open it using Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader and fill in the fields, you can download the PDF fillable on the publish tab while on the PDF editor.

    - Make all reporting and templates match that form?

You can actually do that following the guide previously provided, under the PDF editor you can have different tabs with different versions of your PDF report and the PDF fillable form. Here is the guide again:  https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

    - Remove the new form that is not working?

If you do not need any of these documents you may simply delete them following the instructions given on my previous reply, please check the step 2.
