So, do you want to play audio in your form? You can try the following widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/soundcloud
Demo: https://form.jotform.com/61721862337962
If you want to display a video file, the only option would be uploading it to YouTube, getting the video link, and embedding in your form through the YouTube widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/youtube
Follow this guide if you need to add the widgets to an existing form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form
If this is not what you meant, please explain further.

willemmaatmanReplied on February 22, 2019 at 2:43 AMHi, this is not what I mean.
We use the browse/attatch function in my form, so users of the form can
send an mp4 video attached with the form to us.
For us it should be very helpfull if we can play the mp4 on a mobile
directly, without first downloading the mp4. The same as it works to open
jpeg files> click and watch.

I'm not sure if this is possible to do, I guess you want to view it from the submission email?
I'll check a bit more and get back to you via this thread.
Thank you!

I'm afraid that I wasn't able to find a way to do it from the email directly, but if it works for you, you can integrate your form with Google Drive: https://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive
Since it will allow you to view the video directly, without downloading.
Hope it helps.
Thank you!
