    Non-Profit

Asked by Gary on February 03, 2013 at 08:41 PM

    Hi,

I want to put a couple of forms (Prayer Requests / Praise Updates & Contact form) on my Church website. I would like to confirm with you that under the free basic account, you can receive up to 100 submissions per month. What happens is you receive more?

I have made a couple of websites for Churches in our Region (That my Pastor oversees) if I want to put forms on their websites too, how does the 100 submissions work? Is it per form? per website? per account?

Also, do you have any special deals for non profits? (501c3's)

Thank you & Have a Blessed Week!

    Gary

    Hi Gary,

If you reach the limit of 100, your forms will become inactive/disabled and your account status will become "OVERLIMIT". There is no way your user will be able to submit more data.

It is per account. Account limits will reset every first day of each month, just for your information.

With regards to special deals, we don't have this but we will sometimes consider a one time reset of your submissions count.

    Thanks
