Jotform Ad appearing on the form on my website

this is a new, sudden appearance.  Your jotform now shows a black striped banner at the bottom of my form, and has words that say "Jotform" and "create your own jotform".

My website is www.lightenuporganizers.com

You can simply query it and see that every page displays your jotform with this "advertisement" at the bottom of the form.  It should NOT be there.

We have this footer for a year+ now. This is only showing up for free accounts. Paid plans can disable this in the account - settings page. If you don't want the footer bar, you may consider upgrading your account.
