Can not view any jotform forms on ubuntu 16.04 and 18.04. form.jotformeu.com refused to connect.

Hi I need to fill a form and I got this error when I try to open any jotform forms. 

I can't view at least two forms provided below. I think I need to do some settings on my end. 

What should I do. I have latest stable version of chrome installed on my side.

Are you able to view other websites? Can you please confirm if you are able to view this link https://form.jotformeu.com/72913863319362? If not, do you have any browsers that you can test like firefox? Or if it's not a browser issue, please try connecting to a different ISP and see if that helps.

Cannot view that link, too. Also, I tried 3 of those links on Firefox. I can not view them using Firefox, too. But, I can view them using this website: https://www.dtunnel.net/genel/yasakli-sitelere-giris.html But I can view your forms at my work computer but not home computers. Is there any configuration I can change to make it permenantly available for my home computers ?

Do you have any anti-virus that could be blocking "form.jotformeu.com"? Could you please try if it loads using "https://www.jotformeu.com/": https://www.jotformeu.com/53138843018354
