Why is my account suspended?

Hello, My account says its suspended. I went through and did everything the lady asked me to do to be in compliance with you guys. but then it was suspended again. Please tell me what I need to do to get this complete. 

If you can please call me. I feel like im getting no where with asking questions this way.
