I have a table in my form that is not sending the info in the email

    It looks like it stored the data from my last submission I tested but no table in the email.

    License type isn't showing either.

    Field labels aren't the same as what I have in the form either.

    They also seem out of order in the email I get when someone fills in the form.

    I checked your notification and it is configured correctly. Since you did not make changes to your email template, could you please try to delete your current notification and then create a new one?

    This will reset the email template and will place all the fields in your form to the notification email template.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
