How can I put inside Terms and Condition to be accepted?

Asked by bookolico01 on February 04, 2013 at 05:12 AM

Congratulation for your service! I found it Fantastic and I'll be happy to pay for it as soon as my users grow.

But I would like to ask you just a question. Is possible to submit a Button to be checked by our users before submit the form? I would like to upload our terms and conditions, so, each user before upload the form can see and then check to have seen it and without checking isn't possible to upload.

Like when you have to register in a service and you must to accept the website's terms and conditions. A thing like this.

Is there this feature? Do you have any suggestion?

    Thanks a lot

    Hi Gianluca,

We have a guide for that: Adding a License Agreement to a Form. And set Conditional Logic  to your form to SHOW the Submit button if they click on "Agree" or "Yes".

    Example Form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/30103770411943

    To Set the Conditional Logic:

    1. Edit your form

    2. Click "Setup and Embed"

    3. Click "Conditions"

    4. Click/Choose "Show/Hide a form field "

    5. Set your condition as: If Agree to Terms and Conditions field  Equals To "Yes" Then Show "Submit" field:

Let us know if you need further assistance.
