Form URL is blocked in the email content

Hello,

I created a form through your site.  I tested the form link by sending to my co-organizers of our event.  It worked fine.  I just tried to send it to about 200 email addresses from our target group and many of them got blocked.  Can you please help me work around this?  We email this same group frequently and the only difference is this time we have a link to a form created on jotform.

Please respond ASAP as this is a time-bound issue for our organization.

To clarify, you have placed the Form URL link in your email content and sent it your group but the email content was blocked?

May we know if you have tried sending to your group without the Form URL?

Can you try whitelisting www.jotform.com in your email provider?

However, if your issue is with your email content you would need to make sure that you're not using URL shorteners or the email content has the correct text format.

Probably, there is a security restriction on that email group. You may contact your email service provided to inquiry why the URL of the form is blocked. They might need to add it to their white-list.
