How to attach PDF form to email

    I tried to follow these steps. I created a PDF document within one of my forms, and then attempted to setup the Autoresponder email following the instructions above:

    You wrote:

    "You can select which PDF submission template to attach via Advanced settings of the autoresponder (detailed guide)." and followed by the 4th image from the top.

    However, when I open the Advanced tab of the Autoresponder and click on the toggle switch to PDF Attachment I do not see a dropdown with a list of PDFs that I can select from.

    Before selecting PDF attachments for emails, you must create PDF documents for related form.

    You can create PDF document from there:

    Then select layout and PDF document title(You will see this title in drop down):

    You can customize your PDF form as you want:

    Your PDF document is created. Now you can select this one in drop down.

    Sorry that does not address the issue I tried to describe. I have already created a couple of PDF documents.

    I tried to create another one using your suggested method.

    The problem is I cannot see the drop down that you have highlighted in your image.

    Tried it in Chrome and Firefox.

    Can you try clear your form cache as here. Please tell us if it works.

    Made no difference.

    I am seeing the same in Firefox and Chrome.

    May you please provide us the form URL where you're experiencing the issue?

    I have checked your PDF editor status on our side. It looks like you are using the old PDF Editor.

    Can you try these links for generating new PDF document with our new PDF editor?

    After creating new PDF document, please try to attach it to your emails as mentioned above.

    I have already generated 5 PDF documents with the new editor for https://support.jotform.com/pdf-editor/90496232450253?from=oldEditor.

    Are you unable to see the forms I have created?

    Also, should be noted that I have inadvertently started another thread which is pursuing similar PDF issues.
