Is it possible to capture data and send via email if form is not submitted?

is it possible to capture data and have it emailed to us if the customer doesnt complete or submit the form?  thanks!  

Sorry, but it's not possible. Customer needs to trigger the "Submit" button in order to get the submitted data sent to you via email notification.
