Infusionsoft: Issue with file upload mapping.

    Hi there,

I'm trying to implement the solution shown in the last comment of this thread:

    https://www.jotform.com/answers/988832-Infusionsoft-Integration-Allow-files-on-submission-to-be-mapped-to-contact-s-File-Box

To map a file upload to the Infusionsoft contact record file box.  When I make the submission, the contact is created in the Infusionsoft database, but the file isn't there.  Any ideas?  I've included a link to a screenshot of my field mapping.

I tested this issue with a cloned version of your form, but I wasn't able to replicate.

The file is showing, but please make sure that you're viewing it properly.

The File box tab is at the bottom, when you open the received Contact:

Please let us know if you're able to make it work.

    Thank you!

I've tested this again.  I realized I had IP address restrictions added to the API for my Infusionsoft account, so I added Jotform's IPs listed here:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

So now the text field value and designated tag from the Jotform gets mapped over, but the file still doesn't show in the Filebox on the contact record.

What else am I missing here?

    Thanks!

It seems like you are not mapping "Attachment notes" file upload field with the "File Box" from Infusionsoft. Make sure to map like this:

The 'attachment notes' field is not the file upload field.  I'm mapping the file upload field to the only File Box option like this:

    What am I doing wrong??

I have cleared the Formcache for you. Could you please re-integrate the integration now?

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

I've re-integrated it, and still the same problem - the other two fields on the form map to the fields on the Infusionsoft record, and the tag is applied, but the uploaded file does not show up in the File Box, even though I've mapped the file upload to the File box.  This feature is the reason my client will potentially be using Jotform.  If I can get this to work, they will upgrade the account.  If I can't get it to work, we will go with another service.

I am not able to replicate any issue with our test InfusionSoft account.

Please check your account settings if you need to allow some access submissions to the File Box. Please check these helpful guides:
