That's due to the file uploads attached on your form submissions, you may do the following:
1. Download all your data, these guides will help you doing so:

https://www.jotform.com/help/374-How-to-Export-All-of-Your-Data-at-Once
https://www.jotform.com/help/356-How-to-Download-the-Submission-Files
2. Delete your submissions to clear up the used upload space, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data
Note that there is no way to just delete the files, the entire submission must be deleted.
