    Hi, thanks for taking a sec.

    I've created a form but there is too much negative space above and below it.

    Same if I try to create it as a light box, the scroll bars are needed because there is too much space above and below it.

    How can I tighten this up so only the actual quiz question area displays?

    or

    How can I reduce the height on the regular embed so there's not so much space above and below the actual quiz area when using the regular embed form code?

    Thank you!!!

    Did you try changing the height value in the embed code by clicking on Customize button in the Light box embed Publish section?

    If the issue still persists, please try adding the following CSS code to your web page where the form is embedded to see if that helps.

    iframe#90234498495165 {

    height: 700px;

    }

    You may try adjusting the height value based on your requirement. Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your reply.
    Yes.
    It affects the lightbox height but not the height of the form itself...
    - The form shows too much padding
    What else do you suggest?
    THank you!

    I checked on your website and I see the form was published using its default script embed code instead of the lightbox.

    Can you please confirm first if you were able to resolve the issue already. So far I don't see any scrollbars on the embedded form.

    Hi,
    I switched it back trying to find the lesser of two evils.
    I wish there was a way that I could simply add the form to the page without
    it taking up so much space on the page... It seems a bit odd to me...
    It's kind of huge and doesn't seem to make sense design wise until you
    begin the quiz... (hence I was trying to use the light box)
    Any suggestions would be very awesome.
    Thank you,
    Yohan

    I understand. I have cloned your form to my account for testing. Please allow me sometime to check on this and get back to you with relevant information.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Sorry for the delayed response. It seems that there is an issue with the height of the iframe window of the embedded form. We have forwarded the issue to our backend team for further investigation. If there is any news in this regard, you'll be posted here.

    Thanks!
