I am not sure how our account is set-up right now, but I belive it is annual. I would like to know when our last payment on the account was, for how much and how I could go about changing the credit card number on file.
Could you please let me know our current billing situation.

I have just forwarded your last invoice to your e-mail address on file. You should see the e-mail from our Payment gateway "Plimus"
On this e-mail, there should be a link to their secure site, where after logging in, you can change your billing information.
Please give that a try and let us know if you need further assistance!

That site does not take my login and password that I use for the jotform page.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
For your safety, we process all payments and keep all billing information in a secure payment gateway, such as PLIMUS or FASTSPRING.
When you sign up for our product, you are transfered to one of those gateways, there you created a login (separate from Jotforms for security reasons) and processed the payment. The original LOGIN to PLIMUS in your case is what would get you in to their system. We do not have access to your LOGIN information.
On PLIMUS, is there a "forgot password" option? I see that the e-mail address for your account is: email@example.com
Do you have access to that e-mail address? Have you tried the forgot password on PLIMUS?
If not, please give that a try and let us know if that works...

You can sign up for the same plan that you had using our FASTSPRINGS gateway - it ismore user friendly>
Simply follow this URL:
Choose the plan and process the payment. Please let me know when you complete this so that I can make sure that all is setup correctly in your account.
