Can we manage our customers membership and payments without contacting the vendor directly?

    Is there a way for our customers to rely on us to handle membership cancellations or update their credit card information without needing to contact the vendor directly?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we don't have a way to not contact the vendor on handling your customer's membership and payments. We can only process and create subscription.
