     It has been some time since I have logged into jotform. I forgot my password.  when I click on the link to reset it, I do not receive an email from you.  I don't know how to access my forms to update them.  I am using awright@mabcommunity.org as my username and it seems to recognize this ID.

    Hi Allen,

    Please kindly reset your password again. Jotform have failed to send you the instructions because your email address have landed into our bounce list:

    Result: 

    awright@mabcommunity.org is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'Backend Replied [53dbe9f4.0.234356.00-2339.360677.p01c11m117.mxlogic.net]: 5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Conten'

    After that, please kindly check this guide to prevent this problem from happening again.

    Please update your DNS entry for mabcommunity.org. We have not used mxlogic for many months. Our MX record should be mabcommunity-org.mail.eo.outlook.com.
