Problem with height of form on Facebook

Asked by gemfire on February 04, 2013 at 02:26 PM

    Hi,

I have created a form with 2 payment options using the instructions found on your User Guide at http://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form. I had PayPal and Cash On Delivery options.

All seem to work well during the preview. When I chose Paypal, the paypal product ordering form displayed. When I chose Cash On Delivery, the Cash On Delivery ordering form displayed.

So after that, I embeded the form into my facebook page as a static HTML in an app. However, when I chose either the Paypal or Cash On Delivery option, the app height did not expand sufficiently to show the entire form for the Paypal or the Cash On Delivery ordering form!

Since I'm using Chrome, I switched to IE to check and it looks ok. It seems it doesn't show the complete height of the of the form only in Chrome.

A screenshot of the facebook page with the form shown halfway is attached. The scrollbar in the app is all the way down so I can't scroll down anymore.

I do hope my form can work with both Chrome and IE, and not just one of them. May I know how I can solve this? Please do give me very detailed step-by-step instructions as I am quite new to this.

    Thank you!
