    Hi,

Apologize for the confusion. That is just a normal form caching problem that can be fix by changing the form URL from http://form to http://www.

Your current form embed codes on the site given is:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformpro.com/jsform/30346036355954"></script>

    Please change it to:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotformpro.com/jsform/30346036355954"></script>

After that, you should be able to see the changes on your form.

    Thanks

Please try clearing your browsers cache. Shortcut would be pressing CTRL + F5 from your Windows Keyboard.

    Thanks

Hi, I just cleared your forms cache. I went and check your form embed codes, you haven't change it. Please kindly change it to:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotformpro.com/jsform/30346036355954"></script>

After changing the form URL, refresh your browser by pressing CTRL + F5.

    Thanks

I've checked again your form embed codes and it is now using the http://www version, and this what I see now:

I think the form is now updated, let me know if this isn't what you see.

    Thanks

My script is correct as per your directions, but still will not update to any changes...

    Hi,

Apologize, I do not mean to pish you off.  My first response was actually the best solution to fixed this issue. It is just strange to see that you already have the http://www settings and it is still not updating. If you will search the forum about this problem, all have been solved after doing it.

I am just thinking that embedding your form using the iframe method will fixed that issue, please kindly do that.

    Thanks

Great! It shouldn't be a problem.

To explain it more, http://form can sometimes be little out of date since caches might take some time to be cleared. But they will always work faster since they are served from our CDN Servers. So, we still recommend using form.jotform.com but if there's a long time delay on the form changes, then we suggest users to switch the URL to http://www.

    Thanks
