Is it possible to send multiple email with Jotform Google Calendar integration?

    Hi I just saw your email about the calendar integration and curious if there is ability to send multiple email and or SMS messages for appointment reminders.  


    Will that work on your system?

    If you are referring to the Google Calendar's notifications, they should work. The notification settings can be changed via the Google Calendar settings.

    No that did NOT answer my question.

    The question was: Does your calendar integration and curious if there is ability to send multiple email and or SMS messages for appointment reminders (to both me and applicant)?

    Below are the features of our Google Calendar integration.

    1). Create calendar events when a form is submitted

    2). Add multiple events using the same information from a submitted form (a single submission can be mapped to multiple Google Calendar events)

    3). Create multiple events for different or shared calendars in the same Google account 

    If you are referring to sending multiple form submission, then it should be supported as every submission will create one event in your calendar.

    Google Calendar integration can not send email reminders directly. However, your form can. If holding paid subscription, you can even send multiple emails for every submission.
