cannot view uploaded file link

when someone attaches a photo to the form, when I click it, it says not found each time.

I have checked your submissions and I can view the images of the uploaded images.

To clarify, are you trying to view the uploaded files directly?

You may need to check your account privacy and disable the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" in your account settings.

Go to Settings>Privacy> and uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files
