I have run out of space and cannot receive anymore forms.  Can I save older forms in a place to release some space?

I have checked your account and see that it is currently holding Free subscription plan. It looks like that the account was downgraded to Free plan on Feb 13 due to the cancellation of Silver monthly plan. If you want to continue with the Free subscription plan, please note that it is limited to have only 5 active forms, can be store up to only 100 MB of files and up to 500 latest submissions.

At the moment, your account is having about 14 active forms which you may use normally for now. However, if you need to add a new form, it is required to delete/archive the existing forms to match the free account forms limit.

Since the account is already occupied about 190MB of storage space, it is required to delete the submissions that are received with attachments to clear the space.

Also, the account is now having about 6300 submissions in the account. If you want to store the submissions in your JotForm account, it is required to have a paid plan. The free account can only store up to 500 recent submissions and the oldest submissions shall be deleted automatically. If you need to take a backup of the submissions, you may export the form data by following the guide below:

    Hope this information helps!
