Creating Text for Terms and Conditions

I want to use the terms and conditions widget, but I don't understand where to put the text of the terms and conditions and how to then create a link to it.

Hi,

In order to create a link to your terms page, add  "terms link" to the "label text" field. Add link to the section of the link in the "Terms link" 

You can look at the example picture that i added
