    Hello,

This new feature is very exciting! We're having a hard time being able to set the date and time as the "Start Time." Which widget(s) will work for this? Is anyone else running into this issue?

    Thanks!

You can just use a date picker in your form to set the "Start Time" of your event. This way when a user fills up your form then the data will be automatically sent to your Google Calendar.

Hope this helps and if you require further assistance feel free to contact us!

    Hi Marvin,

Thanks for the reply. We tested it out, and the start time of the event doesn't get transferred, so the event is listed as an all day event. Is there a way to use a widget or another type of field to allow both the date and time to be entered into that space? In the example video, there was a "Preferred Date" field which collected both the date and time. When we try to choose a field as the Start Time, only a date picker works. If we don't have a field with both, then we'll have the manually edit the event information.

I hope that better explains the issue.

You should use our Date Picker field and enable Time in the properties:

If you'd like people to select an End Time, you need to add a second Date Picker field, and still with Time enabled and choose that as the End Time in the integration. This worked for me:

You can check my submission here https://www.jotform.com/submission/4270954390334025600. As you could see, I've selected 4 AM. The End time, as you could see in my screenshot is 5 AM since I've selected +60 minutes in the integration.
