Mailchimp Integration: does not send the double-opt-in email.

    I have tested it with and without that option checked. It didn't work both times.

    I did submission in your form, and I did not receive the Opt-in email. However, I cloned your form and integrated with my MailChimp account, and the email was received:

    Could you please try removing the integration, and integrated once again?
