Form Disabled on Mobile Devices only, but not in Desktop browser (Chrome)

    When i submit my form on mobile devices (Android, Chrome browser 71)

    It prompt a "Form Disabled" error


    When i try on the Desktop browser (Chrome 72) , everything works fine


    May i know what is the issue and root cause please?

    I did check your account and found that it is currently over quota as you have exceeded allowed submission limit of free account. Free account has submission limit of 100 submissions but you have already received 293 submissions.

    All your forms are currently disabled and it should not work in mobile device or desktop computer. The reason it worked for you on desktop browser could be related to browser cache.

    If you want to activate your account again, you will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset. The following guide should help  you  how to upgrade  your account:  https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
