I have recently had an issue which to be honest caused some very serious credibility issues with the client and it could be associated with the fact the the JotForm Form code was embedded via HTML as opposed to iFrame.
So what is the difference???

I think this article explains everything. Which Form Embed Code Should I Use?
To my opinion, I would recommend using iframe embed code unless you want to add custom scripts and integrate it to your form which is done by embedding your form as html source code. Since the form loads in iframe, it will not create any problems or conflicts with your page.
