How do I merge the two accounts together and have all the forms in one account?

I have another jot form account and was started by another one of my employees.  This account is a paid account.  How do I merge the two accounts together and have all the forms in one account?

In the process of moving, your submissions will have been moved in to other account

We would need you to login to the account fluffsofluv3492 and request to transfer all the forms to your paid account fluffsofluv.

Hope this information helps.

I am not seeing where to request the transfer and that is different than
what that page you sent says. Can you all not combine the accounts and
this email act as my transfer request?

Please note that the accounts cannot be combined, however, we can move all the forms and their data from the account username "fluffsofluv3492", to your account username "FluffsOfLuv".

The request must come from the account that currently owns the forms. Please do the following:

1) Log in to the "fluffsofluv3492" account.

2) Once logged in, open a new forum thread to make the request.

3) In the request, make sure to specify the forms that will be transferred and the username of the account where they will be transferred to.
