Out of storage

Hi it is saying that I am over my quota but I am not understanding why? I deleted previous forms and it is showing me to upgrade to bronze? but I paid for the year already for the upgrade back in January. Please advise asap.

I see your account precisetranscripts as good in standing, no limit is shown as reached for it. Could you tell us if any issue still persist? If so, where do you see a warning to upgrade? We will wait for your reply.
