File is damaged error when downloading PDF Form

Dear JOTFORM Team,

I am trying to create a fillable PDF form through your website, however when I try to download it, it says file is damaged and cannot be opened. Please advise what to do.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, I was not able to reproduce the issue that you described on a clone version of your form or on the PDF Editor page of your form that you linked.

If you are still having the issue on your end. May we suggest that you try to download the PDF Form with the console of your browser opened to see if there is an error that will appear after you clicked "Download".

If there is, please capture a screenshot of the error and include it to your next reply.
