How can I insert documents into my form for people to submit?

Asked by RosieAlfonso on February 04, 2013 at 10:06 PM

    Good evening,

I've created a registration form with you for a workshop. However to participate in these workshops, we have 3 forms that need to be completed and re-send. How can I insert these forms into the online registration?

Currently I've created the website on iWeb, so I've added the PDFs as links but completely apart from jotform code.

    Hi,

The provided page is currently not found. Please check.

With regards to your query, do you mean embed a document directly to your form so users will be able to read the document? If so, check this guide: How to Display a PDF Document On Your Form

Or if you mean, allow your form users to upload a document file to your form? Then use a File Upload tool it's under Form Tools when you edit a form via Form Builder.

Let us know if I've missed something. Thanks!
