Hello,
We are currently having an issue with space in regards to submission allowance. We have deleted all past submissions, but it continues to show that we have over 2,000 and now we have received an email stating that our forms have been disabled?

I have checked your account and it seems like you have still over the allowed file upload space available for your account.

Note that to free up the available space you need to delete submissions, you can also download your data and avoid losing it, these guides will help you with that:
