Hi, I am miss Yanti and currently subscribe JOTFORM for my online business
I have create an ORDER FORM for my customer. Can my customer upload their JPG or PNG file using my order form from their android phone
I have tried to fill up my own order form using my android phone and apparently I can't upload my photo at the order form when using android phone
However there is no problem to upload when I use my laptop
since I want my customer to upload the photo in my order form, so I would like to make my order form user friendly to smartphone user

That's probably because of the browser limits on smartphones. I would suggest to try using Filepicker.io tool under Power Tools. I think that would help. Check this article to learn more about Filepicker.io Filepicker.io + JotForm: Let Your Users Upload Files From the Cloud
Update us if you need any further assistance. Thanks!

I already put Filepicker.io in my order form but it didn't work
The order form look good in my website. I can use it and upload photo
using Filepicker.io when fill up the form. everything seems ok.
however when I check my email, I received the order form exclude the
photo/image which I upload before
I try so many time and it still not working
so any suggestion?

That's probably because the filepicker field tag is not your form notification template or possibly your form notification failed to update the new fields. To fix it, simply recreate your form notification. Delete your existing notification and create a new one.
If this doesn't solved the problem, let us know the exact form URL so we can check it further. Thanks!
