Why is the form loading slow?

I have set up a means of saving the forms with a two step process that seems to have been working - however, I just had a notice from a responder that even though he had accessed the saved form several times the last time he accessed it that it was now blank.

Is there any reason this might happen?

The second part of this question is that the form was completing very slowly. The answers to questions were appearing in an extremely delayed manner. Again, is there any speculation on why this might happen?

I have just checked your form and I can see it has the auto-fill feature turned on, this may have generated a conflict with the save and continue later feature through the session method. 

The data saved using the session method is saved up to 3 months, after that it's cleared. 

Also, the same may be affecting the time the form takes to load, I would recommend you to turn that off and see how it goes, here is where to find it:
