How to check if HIPAA compliance is active?

    Hello! We just have a quick question. After upgrading to a Silver 2-year subscription plan, we immediately activated HIPAA compliance and received our BAA statement confirming such. However, when we go to the "Settings" tab and then "Data", it still says "Upgrade to HIPAA Compliance". Is there a way to check if this has actually been activated?

    Your account is still not HIPAA compliant. It should display a hipaa URL in all your forms and have a badge on your My Forms Page.

    Did you receive an email like this? If so, please give some time, maybe there is only a delay in the process.

    Sadly, we did not receive an email like that. We went through the process to activate HIPAA compliance on our account, including changing our password and having my supervisor sign the mouse-cursor signature part, but the only thing we've received like that, thus far, is an email that looks like this:

    I can see your account is still not HIPAA compliant, although you have received that email. 

    May you please let us know if there is an error displaying while you're trying to switch your account to HIPAA? 

    Are your forms passing the review, are they HIPAA compatible with HIPAA? 

    Please provide us more details about what happens when you are during the process, that will help us to know why your account is not converting to HIPAA.

    We went through the HIPAA compliance registration process again, and it's working now! Thanks. :)
