Hi, I am wanting to know if you guys have blank forms or form templates that I can use in order to create a form has a basic description and a signature field. Something like a drug and alcohol policy for example. Where the title is at the top, couple paragraphs describing the policy and a date and signature field on the bottom of the page.

We will provide blank forms and form templates as well. You can check different templates here: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/
If you just need a title, paragraphs, date and signature you can easily create it from scratch.

out to new hires in one "packet" so to speak. Can I do that somehow?

If I understood your question correctly, you want to create a bunch of similar forms and send all the forms to new hires at a time?
May I know why you want to create a bunch of exact similar type of forms and send them to new hires? I'm asking this because, if you just want to gather the information, you can create single form and send it to all new hires. Or apart from gathering the information, you want to use all the forms for any special purpose?
Could you please explain a little more about your requirements so that we can assist you accordingly?

AllTranzLLCReplied on February 28, 2019 at 2:43 PMSo we have multiple forms that our new hires read over and sign before they
begin to work for us. These forms include drug and alcohol policy,
no-compete agreement, fair credit reporting form, hold harmless agreement.
I use adobe right now to create these forms and send them out for
signatures but it is very clunky and does not suite our needs. So the way I
send them out now is each form is a separate .pdf file, but I can check
mark all of the separate forms and send them all in one email. So i
basically want to re-create that here. Somehow create these forms and
somehow check off which ones to send and then send them all at one time. Or
create these forms all in one big file that I send and they just go through
multiple pages where they read over the description sign and date the forms
and I get them back.

I think you can create one form as template and then clone it to just replace texts of agreement: How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-Your-Account
This should help to quickly create multiple similar forms.
Also, you could try our Terms & Conditions widgets:
1. Short Scrollable Terms Widget
Here is how to add a widget to a form: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form
I am not sure if this would be of help in your case, but there is an option to show fields based on a condition. I just thought that you could have all those agreements on a single form, which shows needed fields based on user's answer: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
We have variety of forms in a templates gallery, you can look through it to check if there is ready form you could use: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/
Please get back to us if more information needed.
