Hi, I received an email last night stating that the Jotforms we are using for our company website's quota is overdue.
I have been trying to make the payment online this morning with a visa credit card, as the forms would apparently be suspended if not paid by 12:00.
I am trying to fill in the order details but keep receiving the following error:
Your customer information could not be processed on the current order.
I have used the original creator's details for the order information, I have treid using my (updated) information for which I now log into Jotforms, plus the details on the company credit card which we would always use and still I have an error.
Obviously this is quite an urgent matter as I do not want to waste my time re-doing all the forms, if you could kindly assist as soon as possible..

Apologize for coming up this late. I've tried searching two different email address on our record but I couldn't find any details regarding the subsription.
