I send message from Jotform to my company mail, no problem..
But, i send message from our on webpage (http://www.kutahyaazot.com/iletisim_form01.html )
All Turkish character problem..
İ try different way for Turkish character problems..
İ send messages on jotform site to my private gmail adress.. Result supper. :)
my gmail adress forwarding company mail address. result ok.
BUT, when i send messages on webpage (http://www.kutahyaazot.com/iletisim_form01.html)
TURKISH CHARACTER PROBLEM. :(((

Are you still using Webmail for opening emails coming from Jotform? What webmail Mail Service Provider are you using? Is it RoundCube, Horde or SquirellMail? Please let us know.
Basically, please be sure that your Mail Character Encoding or Character Set is set to UTF-8.

yes, you're right for Character Set is set to UTF-8.
I use FrontPage for the construction of web pages. I chaeck Character Set, it doesnt set UTF-8.
change set UTF-8, now is OK.
