I did check the form #73135126690252 which you have shared and it is associated with account "MCCSupport".
This account is currently over quota as you have exceeded the allowed submission limit. Free account has submission limit of 100 submissions and since you have already received 111 submissions, that is the reason why your forms are disabled. You will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission limits are reset.

You have upgraded your account "pmauceri" but the form with which you are having this issue with is not in your account. It is in a different account with username "MCCSupport".
I would suggest you to please cancel subscription of your "pmauceri" account and upgrade your "MCCSupport" account. Unfortunately it is not possible to share the limit of one account to another account.
