404 Error When Trying to View Form

I am trying to view a form that I haven't used in about a year. I did some edits to it this morning, but when I try to view the form, I'm getting a 404 Not Found error.

I've checked to make sure the form is enabled. This is the direct link for the form: https://form.jotform.com/80314302481142.

I need to get this up and running as soon as possible. Please assist.

As I check the form, it is displaying normally at my end.

Were you able to already fix the issue with the form? If you still need any help, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

No, I'm still getting the 404 error on this form, as well as another form I have created.

I just checked the forms in your account and they are working on my end as well:

Only this form seems to be disabled: https://www.jotform.us/form/83525011279151

Please try temporary disabling your anti-virus, disable the ads-on installed on your browser or use incognito mode, try using a different network as well since the issue might be related to that too.

You share a screenshot of the error as well as the console report, this guide will help you getting the console report: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers

This guide will help you uploading your images here: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Attached images via email responses will not reach this thread.

I am on a school district network and cannot make changes to anti-virus software, etc. I also can't use incognito form, nor can I access the Console report.

I did find that I can open the form using my personal cell phone, which made me think it had something to do with our network. So, I asked others in my district to open the form - some could, some could not. If the network were blocking it, we'd get a blocked site message, not a 404 error. We found that if we changed the URL to https://jotform.com/80314302481142 (removing the first "form" from the URL, I could use the form; however, when I click SUBMIT, I get another 404 error.

Some may be opening the forms due to their user settings or browser settings on their PC. This appears to be an issue with the firewall or anti-virus settings on your network. You may ask your network administrator to whitelist JotForm domains so that it should be working normally. The following guide may be helpful in whitelisting JotForm IP addresses or domains.
