Why am I unable to log in?

    Realizei o cadastro com vocês, porém estamos com problemas para loga aparece a mensagem: Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED

    I have been checking your account and it seems to have been suspended due to the "senha" field you have on the form http://www.jotformz.com/form/90576218917668

    Note that this does not mean you're a phisher, what actually happens is that having words such as "senha" or "password" would trigger our anti-phishing system as it's not allowed to ask for password, username or other sensitive data through JotForm forms. 

    I would recommend you to check our terms in order to see why your account can be suspended: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use 

    I have removed the field in the meantime, if your purpose is not to ask for password, then you may add it again, but try using a different wording.
