Why was I charged twice?

    Hello, 

    i ugraded my account YESTERDAY Bronze>Silver and i paid 47$
    And now Mr Jotform took me ANOTHER 19$ for the bronze....

    So what's the deal??? can i have my money back?

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused. 

    What happens is that PayPal does not cancel automatically the previous subscription when you change your plan, you would need to do this manually from your PayPal account. 

    I can see you have cancelled your bronze subscription now so I have set your account back to silver and requested a refund for the bronze charge, this should be processed within 5-10 business days.
